A closer look at UK house prices

Recent data produced by the Land Registry shows that average UK house prices have been growing consistently across the board. Whilst these figures indicate that specific areas are prone to a certain level of change, there does appear to be some disparity within each smaller area. When analysing a specific city or town’s house prices it is important to consider different areas within it rather than simply looking at the average figure.

Providing an inside view of such a city, Jonathan Hopper,  has recently published a blog article in which he takes a closer look at house prices within a city, using Cambridge as a focal point.
