Harriet heads up Garrington's research department and provides property market analysis and information to both the in-house team as well as external clients.

She brings with her nearly six years of experience in the residential market after working for Savills’ where she was responsible for publishing a series of highly respected regular research reports providing information, analysis and forecasting to assist a broad range of clients, as well as undertaking individually commissioned projects.

Prior to this, she spent six years as a convertible bond analyst covering Asian markets and has also worked on a number of major corporate finance deals.
