A qualified Surveyor with a Degree in Property Valuation and Management, Nick has a long and comprehensive career in property. After spending four years in the Army, he went into commercial property for West End surveying firms before quickly realising his real passion for residential property acquisition.

He began buying and developing his own properties and combined this with providing buying advice and project management consultancy for a range of clients to help them realise a property’s full potential. Clients value Nick’s dedication to finding unique properties, his eye for spotting ‘potential’, his in-depth local knowledge and extensive industry contacts.
