Garrington Home Finders was established in 1996 to counter two key fundamental failings of the UK property market - namely that it is both highly inefficient in its process and that it is inherently biased against the purchaser. Historically, estate agents have been the sole "brokers" through which property is bought and sold; yet their aim is to achieve the highest price possible for the party that pays their fees - the property seller.
