Operations Coordinator – Flexible Location

Due to further expansion, we are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our Head Office team.

This is a broad based role, and we are looking for an experienced Administrator with meticulous attention to detail.

Primarily, the role will be providing support to the management team with their operational needs and ensuring the efficient and compliant running of the company.

Duties will include assisting in the preparation of virtual business meetings, overseeing organisational compliance requirements, data handling and report compilation and researching and organising seasonal events.

However, this role also covers an element of HR administration, utilising the company’s third-party suppliers to deliver the HR function.

Being an effective team player with excellent communication and organisational skills is key. Accuracy, professionalism and attention to detail are absolute prerequisites.

The role will be remote based. Salary will be dependent on qualifications and experience.

New Business Executive

Garrington Property Finders is growing its team further and accordingly are now seeking a dynamic and experienced client focused New Business Executive looking to progress their property career to join our head office team.

This is a full-time multifaceted role; responding to and management of enquiries, development of new key business relationships and nurturing existing relationships.

If you are looking for your next exciting challenge and have proven property experience working with high net worth individuals and possess a wealth of confidence and experience, then we would like to hear from you.

Strong communication skills are essential as is the ability to work on multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Being fully conversant with Microsoft Office programmes is essential and knowledge of other IT programmes is preferable.

This exciting position will be remote based and offers a competitive salary package dependent upon industry qualifications and experience.
