Due to ongoing success and exciting growth plans, Garrington are seeking a professional and energetic individual wishing to join a market leading property services firm.
The Sales Administrator role is critical position in our business, responding to and managing client enquiries, coordinating client meetings, preparing bespoke presentations, and supporting the New Business Manager and Managing Director.
Key to the role will be first class communications skills (both written and oral), with the ability to make a positive and memorable first impression to potential new clients.
Candidate profile and location
The ideal candidate will be proficient in using the Microsoft Office, be familiar with spreadsheets and possess good numeracy skills with the ability to handle a variety of tasks without loss of accuracy.
This is a remote based full-time role and the job holder, whilst working relatively independently on a day-to-day basis, will operate as a member of the Head Office team. They will be expected to liaise closely and communicate regularly with the management team and other team members as necessary.
Past experience in the property sector is advantageous but not essential, and candidates with transferable skills from other professional service or luxury sectors are encouraged to apply.
Salary and rewards
In return, the successful candidate will enjoy a generous basis salary, bonus, 28 days holiday, additional days off for Birthdays and Christmas shopping, employer contributory pension and health cover cash plan. Ongoing career development and training will also be provided.
