International buyers acquiring property in the UK is not a new phenomenon, but with sterling becoming increasingly attractive against many foreign currencies and lower property values in the Capital there is once again revived interest from foreign shores. In particular, there has been an increase in the number of Chinese investors in London. In my latest blog I share insights into the two main drivers of international investment from the Chinese and how this may impact the UK property market in the long term.
