Central London House prices – How will 24-hour tube service affect this?

For the first time in London Underground’s history some tube lines will now run Friday and Saturday night. This will allow people to travel around the capital throughout the night, giving easy access to places on London outskirts as well as the City Centre.

I discuss the impact this will have on house prices in the future. After all, with Central London being more accessible, are people now moving out and still managing to live the lifestyle that they want?
