Located between busy Kensington Streets and the Notting Hill area, Holland Park provides a perfect mix for both the laid back and busy lifestyle. Addison Road property prices are marginally lower, for a one-bedroom property a buyer will have to pay £750,000.

Holland Park prime house prices start at around £1 million, where a small two-bedroom mews house will sell for £1.25m and for something larger, such as period houses on Portland Road, usually sell for anything from around £2.7 million up to £10 million.
